Terms of Service

Last updated: September 17, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging AppDynamics for software development or consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Use of Services

Our website and the information on it are provided for general informational purposes. Specific engagements — including scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees — are governed by a separate signed statement of work or services agreement between AppDynamics and the client.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed statement of work, all code, designs, and documentation produced by AppDynamics during a client engagement become the property of the client upon final payment. Content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, remains the property of AppDynamics and may not be reproduced without permission.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, access, and materials reasonably required for AppDynamics to perform the agreed-upon services. Delays caused by incomplete or delayed client input may affect project timelines.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including invoicing schedules and accepted payment methods, are specified in each engagement's statement of work. Late payments may result in a pause of services until outstanding balances are resolved.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information shared during the course of an engagement, and to use such information solely for the purposes of the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppDynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a services engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Termination

Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the termination clauses specified in the relevant statement of work. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
